About Ed Lemco

Ed Lemco has been in the motorcycle industry for 36 years. After ten years as a retail dealer and two as an OEM District Manager, he founded in 1980 what was to become the primary source of retail operating data in the industry.

The company expanded to provide complete management training for all departments in dealerships while developing, and updating eleven times, a comprehensive operating manual for retail dealerships.

Ed sold Lemco Management Group, Inc. in April 2005 and developed Alliance Management Partners (AMP) and Motorcycle Industry Consulting Services (MICS) in St Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. It is here that he could combine his passion for the industry with a passion for creating employment opportunities and economic development in the Islands.
