There is no question that things are tougher than they have been. There is no real reason to think that things will be much easier for dealers in 2010. We need to be prepared to go after more than the "surface" business.
Many dealers, while responding favorably to the "Next Level" approach, have stressed that there are far too many questions unanswered. Many dealers have also asked where they could receive ongoing assistance for their sales teams.
