2008 Dealership Acquisition and
Turnaround Conference
Our second annual Acquisition & Turnaround Conference will be April 8th and 9th in Dallas, Texas. Last year’s conference had a large attendance from a very broad spectrum of people in our industry. This year we will focus on turning around under performing dealerships and capturing available head room on all dealerships. We have expanded information on management buyouts with specific contracts and structures presented by experienced and qualified legal counsel.
A challenge faces both buyers and sellers when trailing earnings do not support an adequate selling price, especially if the dealership is an expensive “big box”. Selling lenders on a forward earning picture requires significant documentation of remedial action. We will provide the nouns and numbers required and actual documented turn- around results in real Harley-Davidson dealerships last year.
Perhaps you would like to use your skill and experience to back and mentor a dynamic young person to become a Harley-Davidson dealer. We have a number of specific examples where helping a qualified individual become a dealer has proven to be very profitable for the investor and a true win-win for everyone.
